Deborah Siebert has over 25 years in business and political communities. In her capacity as a Senior Consultant, she leverages her entrepreneurial and hands-on leadership skills to launch strategic business partnerships.
She is highly respected for her management and organizational skills, fundraising abilities, communication expertise and networking experience both locally and internationally. For over four years, she served in the diplomatic corp in Northern Europe with her husband, Ambassador Thomas Siebert. Under Ms. Siebert’s leadership she launched the Women World Leaders Forum in Stockholm, Sweden, where women from all seven continents exchanged cultural, political, and business programs for major leadership positions in their own countries.
Her business expertise extends to the banking and financial markets where she served at the Vice President level in treasury divisions of major banks, overseeing large managed portfolios in the fixed income and foreign exchange markets. Ms. Siebert has also held strategic leadership roles in the development of community-based projects.
